Thanks to a complete overhaul of this legendary motorcycle icon and major improvements to the engine, the new Thruxton RS now offers 8 hp more power, 112 Nm of peak torque even at a lower rpm and a significantly improved response.
The new Thruxton RS offers all the features, functionality and quality of the critically acclaimed Triumph Thruxton R, plus even more intuitive, agile handling, a more modern design and unique design features and details.
The special, sport-oriented chassis combined with a high-quality suspension, race-derived tires and high-quality Brembo M50 front brakes and revised driver-oriented technologies ensure the truly impressive, modern and sporty Thruxton driving experience. Completing this impressive specification is the Thruxton’s extensively revised, powerful 1,200cc parallel twin, offering responsiveness, peak power (105hp @ 7,500rpm) and peak torque of 112Nm – now available at 700rpm less stands – have been improved again.
Every detail of this stunning new bike has been fine-tuned to take the traditional cafe racer qualities of the renowned and critically acclaimed Thruxton to a new level. The legend has evolved with the new “RS” model.
