Powerful aluminum cylinder kit from Spanish manufacturer Airsal with real 81.3cc displacement. Fits all scooters with 50ccm 139QMB or GY6 50cc engines. All parts required for assembly, such as sealing kit, piston, piston rings, etc., are supplied. Compared to cylinders made of gray cast iron, aluminum cylinders have significantly better heat dissipation. Therefore, the cylinders are less susceptible to wear or piston clamps due to temperature problems.
The 81.3cc makes a noticeably better passage from the lower turning zones. The compression is designed for use with the original cylinder head.
Please check before the order whether the cylinder foot opening is sufficiently dimensioned in its crankcase. In very rare cases, that is, on some models, the opening needs to be machined to create enough mounting space for this Big-Bore cylinder. The outer diameter of the cylinder bush (which projects into the crankcase) is 54mm.
